We offer flat rate shipping of $15 to all our New Zealand customers.
All orders received by 3.00pm AEST Monday to Friday will be sent same day, any orders received after 3.00pm will be sent the following day.
We ship all orders via Australia Post Standard/ Express.
On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Please note that International orders may be subject to additional customs, taxes and duties, these are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If orders are lost in transit we do not provide refunds or store credits however please get in contact with us and we will work with you to lodge a missing parcel notice.
If you would like your package to be insured, place your order as normal and email firstname.lastname@example.org we can quote extra insurance cost to you.
If you’re unhappy with your order please notify us by email email@example.com within 24hrs of receiving your order with a description and/or reason and we will be in contact to arrange return.
Items will need to be sent back to Made X Official Vintage within 14 days to receive an online store credit for amount of the item. A refund will only be offered if the product you purchase is faulty. We do not refund freight costs or additional costs incurred by returning the item. Items must be in original condition e.g: tags, labels intact and not worn.
Please note:Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
We recommend you retain your proof of postage (Tracking number) until you have received notification that we have received the item back in the unlikely case your order gets lost in transit.
